Knowledge I.T. is a Cisco Premier Certified Partner. Cisco Premier Certification recognizes and rewards partners that have achieved the Express Foundation Specialization. This foundational specialization expands technical competency in the integration of basic routing and switching, wireless LANs, and security technologies. In addition, Premier Certified Partners have integrated a basic level of Cisco Lifecycle Services into their offerings and have demonstrated a measurably high level of customer satisfaction.

Additionally Knowledge I.T. has also been appointed as the North East representative of Cisco’s influential Commercial Channel Advisory Board (CCAB). The CCAB liaises with Cisco executives and senior management teams to advise and influence the strategic direction of Cisco products, key initiatives, services and solutions for its commercial and Small and Medium Business (SMB) markets. EMC Velocity Solution Providers are accredited in the EMC Proven Professional Program and offered the opportunity to resell EMC hardware, software, and services. Velocity² Solution Providers resell EMC solutions to end customers and purchase directly from EMC or from a Velocity² Distributor. Resellers offer customers a variety of value-added services such as broad I.T. integration experience, extensive product expertise, and specific application focus.
